Airman First Class Veronica Natal, a Reserve Air Transportation Specialist with the 25th Aerial Port Squadron, of the 908th Airlift Wing, Maxwell Air Force Base escorts Kay Gott Chaffey, onto a 302nd Airlift Wing C-130 for the Women Airforce Service Pilot's last flight in a military aircraft at Love Field, Texas on September 25. Chaffey ferried aircraft and flew fighters with the Air Transport Command’s 5th Ferrying Group during WW II.
