ARC Air Transportation Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the year winner Senior MSgt. Dean E. Firestien, 39th Aerial Port Squadron, accepts his award for outstanding performance. In addition, Lt. Col. James L. Gregory took high honors with the Major General Alice Astafan ARC Logistics Readiness Field Grade Officer of the year award.
