Sun sets on another Thailand MAFFS training day

A Royal Thai Air Force C-130 is silhouetted by the sunset at Phitsanulok Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand, after a day of Modular Airborne Firefighting System training. More than 50 members of the RTAF attended MAFFS training led by the Air Force Reserve’s 302nd Airlift Wing, based at Peterson AFB, Colo. Seven 302 AW members traveled to Thailand to provide expert training on safe and effective C-130 MAFFS operations. This event marks the first time the Air Force Reserve has sent delegates to train a foreign Air Force on use of the MAFFS equipment. (U.S. Air Force photo/Capt. Jody L. Ritchie)
