Tasters name 'best chili' during annual 302nd AW cookoff
Airman 1st Class Angela Hall, a personnelist assigned to the 39th Aerial Port Squadron, chows down on a tortilla with her chili April 1 during the annual 302nd Airlift Wing chili cookoff event at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. "I liked number 18 out of the chili choices," she explained. "It was a little spicy and had a bit more flavor." Located in the 39th APS building, 18 competitors submitted their green or red chili creations for either a first, second or third award recognition of "best chili" in their category. For the green chili category: 1st, Master Sgt. David Robbin; 2nd, Senior Master Sgt. Dean Firestein; and 3rd, Mrs. Katie Davidson. For the red chili category: 1st, Master Sgt.
