“Cookie,” the winning wooden race horse Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program during a team building exercise, is surrounded by its creators April 24 at 4 Eagle Ranch near Vail, Colo. Air Force Reservists from the 302nd Airlift Wing and their families teamed up to build wooden horses during a Colorado National Guard YRRP post-deployment event. YRRP was established in 2007 to assist Guard and Reserve members as they return to their daily lives after being deployed to a combat zone. Members and families who have or will deploy are welcome and encouraged to participate in future YRRP events.
