Air Force Reserve Lt. Col. Brian Watt (right), 39th Aerial Port Squadron commander, reads a certificate of appreciation to his wife, Ronda, during his retirement ceremony May 5 at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. Watt, a C-130 Hercules pilot and Air Force Academy graduate, joined the Air Force in 1984 and later, transferred to the Air Force Reserve in 2003. A native of Wyoming, Watt entered the 39th APS as the Air Terminal Operations Center officer in charge and was later promoted to the squadron commander position. The certificate is presented to Mrs. Watt by Col. Michael Burns, 302nd Mission Support Group commander. The 302nd MSG is the parent organization to the 39th APS. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
