PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Col. Jeffrey Higgins, 302nd Maintenance Group commander, passes the guidon to Maj. Michael Loney as he assumes command of the 302nd Maintenance Squadron in a ceremony July 16, 2016 here. During the ceremony Higgins lauded the squadron’s performance during their recent Southwest Asia deployment and predicted Loney will be an “outstanding commander, ready to take charge of a great organization and make it better.” Loney thanked those that helped make the day happen, saying, “I am humbled with the confidence placed in me to lead this outstanding organization.
