PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Airmen of the 302nd Services Flight trained Sept. 19 on the single palletized expeditionary kitchen, or 'SPEK.' As part of maintaining readiness in the Air Force Reserve, the squadron sets up and cooks in the SPEK unit every three months. The 302nd SVF is assigned to the 302nd Airlift Wing at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
