Congressional staffers visit Reserve wing
Master Sgt. Thomas Freeman, a 731st Airlift Squadron loadmaster, explains how the 302nd Airlift Wing partners with the U.S. Forest Service using the Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System to congressional staffers during their visit at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, Aug. 7, 2019. The Air Force Reserve wing can equip one of its C-130 Hercules aircraft with the U.S. Forest Serviced owned system to aid in wildfire suppression efforts.
