302nd ASTS litter
FORT CARSON, Colo. – Capt. Dena Leyba, left, and Staff Sgt. Sharon Murphy, Reservists from the 302nd Aeromedical Training Squadron, strap down a simulated patient to a litter during a combat medical training exercise, July 16, 2016 here. The 302nd ASTS Critical Care Air Transport Team and Army National Guardsmen from the 928th Area Support Medical Company trained jointly in tactical ground medical evacuation procedures in preparation of the 82nd Airborne Division Joint Readiness Training Center exercise later this year.
