Staff Sgt. Murphy using IV
FORT CARSON, Colo. – Air Force Reserve Staff Sgt. Sharon Murphy, 302nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical technician, inserts an IV into a simulated patient while inside a M997 Field Litter Ambulance during a combat medical training exercise, July 16, 2016 here. Murphy is training in combat casualty care procedure to prepare for real world wartime missions. The Air Force Reserve Command’s 302ndASTS Critical Care Air Transport Team trained jointly with the Army National Guardsmen from the 928th Area Support Medical Company in preparation to support the 82nd Airborne Division Joint Readiness Training Center later this year.
