Air Force Reservist Master Sgt. Andrew Riechers, a technician with the 34th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, tends to a mock patient during a mass-casualty training exercise Feb. 7, 2009, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. Medical personnel were confronted with approximately 25 mock injuries during the annual training.
