PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. (AFRC) - Staff Sgt. Maitland Jowell, 302nd Civil Engineer Squadron utilities systems journeyman, fills drain, waste and vent lines with wtaer to check for leaks at the Aloha Gardens construction site. The 302nd CES went to Hawaii in May and June during its anual tour to construct buildings for Anuenue Hale, Inc., a non-profit organization which provides short-term respite care facilities and homes for elderly, handicapped and economically disadvantaged citizens.
