Job well done
Col. Jay Pittman (left front), 302nd Airlift Wing commander, and Col. Bob Chapman (right front) welcome back members of the recently-redeployed 302nd Civil Engineer Squadron Sept. 14 during the unit's de-mobilization briefings at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. The 35-member team returned Sept. 13 to Colorado Springs after a seven-month deployment to Kirkuk Regional Air Base in northern Iraq. While deployed, the Air Force Reservists assisted with improving base security, building repair projects, heating ventilation and cooling projects and water line repairs in addition to maintaining day-to-day operations.
