Master Sgt. Scott Smeltzer, 35th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron crew chief, assigned from the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio, assists loadmasters and aerial port Airmen at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. with loading pallets of water and supplies for delivery to the Dominican Republic in support of the earthquake victims in Haiti. The Ohio Air National Guard's C-130 aircrew was performing its Coronet Oak rotation at Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Puerto Rico.
