Lt. Col. James D. Banker, chief of current operations with the Air Force Reserve’s 302nd Airlift Wing based at Peterson AFB, Colo. discusses aerial firefighting with Group Captain (Col. equivalent), Juck Suvannathat, senior pilot, 601st Airlift Squadron, Royal Thai Air Force. Seven members of the Air Force Reserve’s 302 AW traveled to Don Muang Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand to providing expert training to RTAF members on the safe and effective MAFFS operations.
