302nd Airlift Wing Photos

Heaven shines through

The day's last rays of light shine down on C-130 Hercules assigned to the Puerto Rico Air National Guard's 156th Airlift Wing Jan. 30 at Muniz Air Base, Puerto Rico. Approximately 50 Airmen and two nearby C-130s from the Air Force Reserve's 302nd Airlift Wing traveled to the Puerto Rican airbase to support two weeks of Haiti earthquake relief operations under the banner of Air Expeditionary Force Coronet Oak. In all, the Reservists flew more than 89 hours for a total of nine missions that took them back and forth into the U.S. to deliver more than 80 tons of supplies into Haiti, as well as medically evacuate 19 people.
