302nd Airlift Wing Photos

Colorado AF Reserve leaders update state’s elected officials in D.C.

Col. Jay Pittman thanks Rep. Doug Lamborn for his time after the colonel provided an update on 302nd Airlift Wing current deployments and missions during a June 10 office call in the congressman’s Washington D.C. office. Together with Representative Lamborn, who represents Colorado’s 5th District, Colonel Pittman also met with both Colorado senators and another of the state’s congressmen. The visit was part of the Air Force Reserve Integration Orientation Course that gave leadership from the 302nd AW, an Air Force Reserve organization, the opportunity to share updates on the wing's recent and upcoming deployments as well as significant events. Colonel Pittman, the 302nd AW’s commander, was also joined by the wing’s command chief, Chief Master Sgt. Joesph Westerlund. (U.S. Air Force photo/Ann Skarban)
