Heavy weapons training keeps 302nd SFS at the ready
Under the supervision of combat arms instructor Staff Sgt. Jose Medellin, 302nd Security Forces Squadron, 302nd SFS gunner, Airman Christopher O’Brien and 302nd SFS assistant gunner Senior Airman Kevin Adkins qualify on the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon. The SAW is a light machine gun capable of unleashing up to 850 rounds on target in a single minute.
