39 APS Commander retirement

Brian Watt, during his retirement ceremony May 5 at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. Watt, a C-130 Hercules pilot and Air Force Academy graduate, joined the Air Force in 1984 and later, transferred to the Air Force Reserve in 2003. A native of Wyoming, Watt entered the 39th APS as the Air Terminal Operations Center officer in charge and was later promoted to the position of squadron commander.
