302nd Airlift Wing Photos

Families feel the fun at Family Day

Phillip and his sister Aliya get a kick out of the 34th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron’s wireless headsets during the 302nd Airlift Wing’s Herc Adventure Tour event Aug. 4, 2012, at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. The Herc Adventure Tour also offered the children of AF Reservists the opportunity to experience the wing’s aeromedical evacuation mission, check out the survival gear of C-130 flight crews and sit in the pilot’s seat of a C-130 Hercules. The tour is part of the wing’s annual Family Day event. Phillip and Aliya are the children of Capt. Phillip Purcell who is assigned to the 731st Airlift Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
