PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Chief Master Sgt. Otis Jones, 302nd Airlift Wing command chief, speaks to the Junior Enlisted Advisory Council during their lunchtime meeting on the Sunday of the unit training assembly weekend. Nick Brandt, a C-130 loadmaster with the Air Force Reserve Command’s 302nd Airlift Wing, answers questions about the C-130 Hercules during a tour with Peterson AFB STARBASE students Sept. 29, 2015 here. Twenty-one students spent the afternoon with 302nd AW Airmen to learn about their missions and to tour a C-130 aircraft. According to their official website, “STARBASE students participate in challenging ‘hands-on, mind-on’ activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. They interact with military personnel to explore careers and observe STEM applications in the real world.
