DIMHRS (Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System) is a new comprehensive, Web-based solution that will integrate many existing personnel and pay processes into one self-service system. It will support the military’s Total Force –across the services and components (Active or Regular Component, Reserve, and National Guard). It represents the Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force’s commitment to modernizing business practices and providing enhanced support for today’s service member and their families.
