Senior Master Sgt. Belissa Bermudez, the 302nd Airlift Wing inspector general superintendent, is a Reserve Citizen Airman of the Mile High Wing whose main drive is ensuring 302nd AW members and their organizations are compliant with Air Force regulations and standards. Bermudez makes time for anyone who needs help with understanding how the Air Force Inspection System will improve mission effectiveness through self-inspections. β€œIt is my personal mission to help our wing members with whatever they need,” said Bermudez. β€œI try to educate our members on how the new inspection system is part of their everyday battle rhythm and how it promotes continuous process improvement.”
