JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. – Master Sgt. Tom Freeman, a Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System-qualified C-130 loadmaster with the 302nd Airlift Wing takes questions from national media outlets about MAFFS June 28, 2016 here. In recognition 100 years of Reserve Air power, the three Air Force Reserve Command C-130 special mission wings educated media and congressional staffers about the unique capabilities found within the Air Force Reserve. In addition to the 302nd AW’s aerial firefighting mission, based out of Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., the weather reconnaissance mission from the 403rd AW, Keesler AFB, Miss., and the aerial spray mission from the 910th AW, Youngstown, Ohio, were also on hand to explain their missions and capabilities.
